I occasionally make my apartment at Skyggnisbraut 6, 113 Reykjavík available for home exchange. This comfortable 65 m² home is ideal for two adults, with space for two children on air mattresses. It’s conveniently located near the ring road, making it easy to explore Iceland’s attractions, while downtown Reykjavík is just a 15-minute drive away. Free parking is included. A newly built swimming pool is close by,perfect after a day of exploring and the hiking area Úlfarsfell is also within easy reach.

The bright and airy living room focuses on comfort, offering a cozy sofa, large smart TV, and a dining table for four. It also comes with an efficient working desk and computer monitor. With a fully equipped oven, induction cook top, dishwasher, and more, the kitchen is complete. The large bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, with luxurious linens and ample closet storage. This would be a perfect apartment for a couple and two children, as an air mattress is provided to comfortably accommodate the little ones.
